TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.0 PRESERVE THE BEAUTY OF YOUR SILK
DEE APRIL recommends you to handle your DEE APRIL silk product with care. Correct care will
ensure that your DEE APRIL silk product will last for years without losing their quality. Avoid contact with
water and chemicals. Make sure it does not rub against jewellery and accessories store it united and entrust
the silk to a specialized professional for cleaning.
All prices are shown in DKK, EUR and USD including VAT, all Danish taxes and duties. Prices in
EUR and USD are calculated on basis of the daily rate of exchange but of a guiding character.
DEE APRIL is not liable of any potential movements hereof. Payment can only be made via one of
the following credit cards: VISA, VISA Dankort, Eurocard, Mastercard, Maestro or American
Express. No extra fee is charged upon paying with a credit card. Please select.
DEE APRIL offers free delivery on all orders. Courier service or Post Danmark carries out delivery.
You can expect your order to arrive within 2-5 business days after DEE APRIL has received the
order, and full payment has been made. We send all merchandise as package, which makes it
possible to track the item in case of problems. If you place your order before 1 PM the order will be
shipped same day.
In the event that stock levels were incorrect when the order was placed, DEE APRIL reserves the
right not to deliver an item. If DEE APRIL is unable to deliver we contact you and give you the
option of cancelling your order.
During shipment the package is insured and we kindly ask you to verify the content upon delivery.
Should the package or the content be damaged upon arrival please report it to the courier service
or Post Danmark immediately, or no later than two days after receiving the package. Afterwards
please return the merchandise to us, and we sent you a new package.
4.0 RETURN AND REFUND
DEE APRIL gladly accepts returns. You have to return the merchandise no later than 14 days from
the date of receipt. Please fill out the enclosed return slip and enclose it in the shipment with the
goods. Items without the return slip attached are not returnable and we do not accept items that have
been worn. As soon as we have received the returned items and they have
undergone a quality control check, we will transfer the purchase amount to your credit card. We
only credit the card that was used to purchase the items. In that way we can limit the use of stolen

All personal information saved at deeapril.com will be handled with the most utmost care. During
registration for your customer account, we collect and implement your personal data in order to
finalize the order process. The information that we store will not be sold or used for any purpose
other than ensuring the best service possible. As registered with DEE APRIL you always have the
right to object the registration. All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks.
DEE APRIL reserves the right to delay any order if fraud is suspected. For security reasons, we do not
store any payment information in our database.
6.0 NOTIFICATION OF DEFECTS
When shopping at deeapril.com all merchandise is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods, giving
you 24 months to complain about an item. As a customer you can complain about defects and
deficiencies that arise within 24 months of the purchase. However, if the defects, deficiencies, or
wear and tear are due to negligent use, a lack of maintenance, or simply because of normal wear
and tear, your right to complain is renounced. In case of a complaint please contact us at

product. The product must always be returned in protective packaging and receipt must provide
